Edit Event Locations and Times- Depending on weather conditions, you may have many different event locations and times. You would need to direct your customers to the correct one, right before their flight date. You can add and delete multiple flight locations and set the chosen location for the given day. That location is automatically included in the customer’s Flight Status Email (sent the day before the flight). There is room to write a location description to include with the street address. The customer email automatically generates a Google Map location, based on the address you entered for the location.
Show all Canceled Events- Generate a list of all canceled customers in your system. Each listing links to the full customer info with the ability to edit any aspect of the booking.
Daily Manifest- Displays a list of all customers set to fly on any given day. Enter or view the customer's payment info and run credit card payments day-of-flight (or any desired time).
Send text messages to Employees about Flight Status
Pre-Event Promotional Email- This function emails customers any add-on offers before their flight. It automatically pulls from a list of all the customer’s emails for the chosen day, and sends them the promotional offer.
Post Event Emails- Thank you email after the flight. Similar in function to the promo preflight email.
